So here’s a 4-tier system I use with teams running UGC, paid, or affiliate campaigns to pick winners every time 👇

Tier 1: Core Criteria (Non-negotiables)
Start with the obvious:
📍 Location
📈 Follower count
📅 Posting frequency
🎞️ Content formats (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
💡 You’d be surprised how many teams skip this and wonder why they’re getting no ROI
Tier 2: Goal-Linked Metrics
Match the creator to your campaign objective:
🧠 Awareness? → Look at views & reach
🛒 Conversions? → Check engagement rates & audience location
💡 Always verify: does their audience actually match your market?
Tier 3: Context & Creator Type
Numbers aren’t enough. You need fit.
Read their bio. Watch a few posts.
Scan for tone, language, content themes.
💡 Bonus: Use lookalike search to find creators that match past top performers.
Tier 4: Bonus Signals
These are small—but make your life easier:
📧 Public email
📱 Multi-platform presence
📌 UGC-friendly tags
🤝 Past brand collabs
✅ UGC Campaigns? Prioritize content quality.
✅ Awareness? Prioritize reach.
✅ Conversion? Prioritize engagement & trust.
