🚨 Rhode’s Summer Club Strategy

This was probably all over your feed the last few days.

Last week, we covered what not to do on an influencer trip (👀 Waterboy)

This week? Rhode may have just shared the blueprint.

For their first full-scale brand trip, Hailey Bieber’s team transformed a beach club in Mallorca into a dreamy, sun-soaked Rhode experience.

From custom loungers and branded ice cream to a private villa for content shoots, every detail screamed “This is Rhode.”

Here’s why it worked:

It was aesthetic-first, but not influencer-first

Rhode chose creators that fit the brand, not just those with big follower counts.

Some guests had 8M+ followers, others had 10k. The common thread? A strong brand match.

It amplified product, not just vibes

The trip supported their new Lip Tint launch (subtly but smartly). From branded floats to email drops with surprise gifts, every touchpoint tied back to product without screaming “promo.”

 They partnered smart

Teaming up with Magnum let them split budgets and double reach.

Co-branded content. More creators. Win-win.

They did more than just invite

Rhode turned the trip into a summer-long moment.
→ They sent “Summer Club” surprise gifts to fans who bought during a promo window - making customers feel like they were part of the event.

→ They also shipped themed packages to creators who weren’t on the trip, driving extra UGC and reach.

The result? FOMO for everyone watching, and visibility far beyond Mallorca.

👉 If you’re planning a trip or launch: build the brand world, then invite people into it.

🎥 Your product page should be entertaining

Brands are turning PDPs into scrollable, TikTok-style experiences. Zara’s using UGC on product pages, and Oh Polly just did a viral product page (+30M views on IG):
