Creators get 50–100 emails a day. Your perfect pitch means nothing if the subject line gets skipped.

Here's how to win the inbox before you've said a word πŸ‘‡οΈ 

1️⃣ Personalise it. Use their name. It's the single easiest lever for open rates. β€œ[Name], join our launch event" beats "Collab opportunity" every time.

2️⃣ Be clear, not clever. Lead with the value, not a riddle. Straightforward usually outperforms catchy β€” say what's in it for them, fast.

3️⃣ Keep it short. Aim for 9 words and 60 characters max. Most creators read on mobile, where long subject lines get cut off mid-sentence.

4️⃣ Go easy on punctuation. Three marks, tops. Stacks of "!!!" and special characters trip spam filters and scream desperation.

5️⃣ No caps. ALL CAPS reads like shouting. Don't be that brand.

6️⃣ Ask a question. Open-ended questions spark curiosity and pull replies. "Open to a collab this summer?" does more work than a statement.
